HP OfficeJet 6700

I was in the middle of a print job and it printed the first page and then said I had to change my yellow cartridge.  I changed it and I got this error "There is a problem with you printer or ink system.  Turn printer off and then on.  If problem persists, contact HP."

 

I did this and it still gives me the error.  I tried another new HP cartridge and it still gives the same error.  It is stuck with that erron on the screen and it will not let me hit the "?" or exit the error.

 

Please help,
