Hi @272000,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To correct the subnet mask on your HP ENVY 7645 e-All-in-One Printer, follow these steps.

Access the Printer's Control Panel:

  • On the printer’s touchscreen, go to Setup or Network Settings (this might be under Wireless or Wi-Fi settings).

Select IP Settings:

  • Look for IP Settings or TCP/IP Configuration. This may be labeled as Manual IP or Advanced Settings.

Change the Subnet Mask:

  • In the Subnet Mask field, enter the correct subnet mask (commonly 255.255.255.0, but it should match your network's configuration).
  • Ensure that the IP Address and Default Gateway fields are also correctly set according to your network setup.

Save the Settings:

  • After entering the correct subnet mask, save your changes.
  • The printer may restart or reconnect to the network.

Verify Connectivity:

  • Check the printer’s connection by printing a network configuration report or using the printer's network status option to ensure everything is configured correctly.

If you're unable to access these settings or need further assistance, you can also try performing a network reset on the printer, which will reset the network settings to default and allow you to reconnect it from scratch.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
