This is the model, I need to modify the formatting so that it can read 10 digit off our proximity card to reflect the setting used in RFID prox card reader already deployed.  

I saw a software available to download that seem to be correct. But it didn't aloow me to select OS or anything else and could not download it.

 

So please lets me know how I can modify what the card reader configuration?
