Operating System: Microsoft Windows Vista

Like many people i do not have a spare blank cartdridge for my printer. I wanted to check my ink levels but none of my screens on my account match the screens shown in the online help. i tried ringing 0207 660 6027 but get cut off whenever I select option 2 for instant ink queries. Is there any email address available for help in the UK? online chat doesnt appear to be available
