Product: T520 36"
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been printing very long prints - up to and beyond 10 meters at a time, for a number of years now. Ive never had a problem. 

Within the past few months, the firmware and drivers have been updated though I dont know if the issue started at the same time.

Now, occasionally the printer will accept the custom sized print but for the most part it refuses to do anything longer than 3276.73mm This is incredibly frustrating.

Is it the drivers, the firmware or something else. Please help.
