Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi. I have been using my printer for a few years until today. It updated it's firmware to date code 20201026. Now I can't use my printer as I have the "Supply Memory  Error" of death with 3 sets of brand new toners that won't work (I thought I had ordered the wrong ones but turns out it was the firmware update that bricked them). I tried to do a hard reset but no luck reverting the firmware. I am looking to downgrade the firmware from 20201026 to date code 20151102 as it seems to be working for everybody else. I would greatly appreciate if someone here could help me. Thanks!
