Customer prints one page and receives "low memory, job cancelled" message. Printer can be power-cycled and can then print another page.

Config page shows 61.25MB of 128MB available. All print jobs released from queue and printer removed from network. Memory values remain the same on new config page. Actions taken:

1. Firmware updated.
2. Formatter replaced (memory cannot be replaced).
3. Firmware updated for new formatter.
4. Super NVRAM initialization performed.

At this point the printer looks like it just came out of the box, but still shows only 61.25MB of memory. The service manual provides no help beyond turning power off and on. These little boxes are hardly worth the effort to crack a cover, but if anyone has experienced a similar case, perhaps on a different model, it may help to have the information in the future.
