Product: Samsung M4580

Hello, here with a problem that I have had in 3 multifunctional Samsung M4580 which present the following problem in the scan of the back in duplex, I throw a leaf with spots completely pink.

We deduce that it is some kind of error in the controller card of the scanner but we would not know how to define it, they could support with the following query and have knowledge of if they have some background in their reports and know how they solved it.

I send them images of the scan below, the continuous lines were already on the page, I just want to show them the colors and others that come out on the second side.
