Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

None of the commands respond (Partial Clean, Format Disc, etc.) Password has been reset several times. The response is "New Password Accepted"  Problem is when I try to clean or format the disc, OK is selected, but

the screen simply returns to the screen where the selection can be made. 

New Firmware has been downloaded, but I cannot seem to 'clean' the disc to install it.

This is a used printer that apparently has prior owner's passwords installed. Want to Clean or format

the printer disc to "Start over.
