Hi, my printer suddenly died two months ago and the support agent told me to replace the power cable and it came back to life afterwards. But two weeks ago, while I was trying to print, my printer acted weird (screen kept blinking on and off but no printing), the next day it act normal for a while then again suddenly died. I changed the power cable again, the printer came back alive for like 10 minutes during which the screen was again on and off (keep going into hibernation mode and back on again), eventually it died again!!! Please help and shed some lights on what might cause this. Thank you.
