Product: hp envy 5530
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

roughly 3 weeks ago our internet and home service went out, it affected a wide area. My printer, HP Envy 5530 is a wireless printer that i use with my Samsung galaxy phone and laptop. Since the issue with the internet outage I have had an issue with my printer communicating with my laptop and phone. Altough it shows up on my phone it is not highlighted and says it is not available. I have tried manually setting it up and nothing and setting it up over wifi and nothing. I am not sure what to do to connect my phone and laptop back to my printer so I can go back to printing.
