Product: Hp 4650
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My hp4650 stopped working it shows a blank screen so I tried to turn it off using the power button but it won’t turn off so I unplugged it from the outlet an hour later I plugged back in and printer still on with blank screen tried to turn off but it won’t turn off. Help please
