HP Recommended

I have just purchased a HP OfficeJet Pro 8030 series printer and I am having trouble setting it up. I am getting an error message about the printerhead but is is not the same model you show in you instructions on the link I was provided from the JustAnswer expert. Your help shows a cartridge latch for the printerhead that does not seem to exist on this particular printer.
