HP Recommended
Product: 8600 Officejet Pro Plus
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Original error was four missing cartridges ; printer froze and does not respond to Print Doctor. It only goes to setup and calls for the cartridges that are in the box. My setup was about 5 years ago. Software snafu?
