Firstly I'm really annoyed with HP as when I registered this print it gave me just 11 months not 12 and even then  by EU rules (2019) I should have 2 years.

That beside the point the printer has ALWAYS had problems with 80gsm paper no matter what I do. It pulls the top sheet in ok up to about 25% then "click click click" it stops and the red light comes on.

The paper (standard????) is HP office paper 80gsm - should be fine. This printer has never functioned properly with it and now that I want support HP say my warranty is expired and I have to pay to phone them.

I don't really know what to do other than contact trading standards as the 11 month warranty was illegal to start with and should at least be 2 years and their site drives you mad with inability to get anywhere because (registered product is out of warranty)!

Anyone know what might be a solution to getting this to properly pick up the paper.

Clue seems to be if I grab the sheet and push gently the paper will feed ok but it's a pain  to have to do this every single time.
