Product: Color LaserJet Pro MFP M477
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite

Hello,

 

I am working with a new Color LaserJet Pro MFP M477. Wireless printing is working fine but when I try to scan it will scan a page or 2 and then give me this message: Screen Shot 2018-06-27 at 11.25.09 AM.png

 

I have tried restarting my printer, I have rebooted my internet, and I have reset the printer in System Preferences. I need help.
