Product: HP Officejet 8010
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

After I did a factory reset, my printer is getting stuck on printing the alignment page. I am unable to print or do anything with this printer. The only thing that works is turning it off and on again, but it does not fix the problem.
