Product: Designjet T2530
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello I have an HP Designjet T2530 Model L2Y26A that does turn on and will NOT go past the HP Logo screen at all.
It attempts to initialize and shows the HOME button for a split second - not long enough for entering diagnostic menu or firmware reload and goes back to the Logo
LED's on the back indicated Engine board all on steady but the bottom one blinking - but that did not resolve the issue or change in any way.
Does anyone have any ideas or things I can try?
Thanks
Bob
