Product: samsung xpress m2026

When changing the toner in the samsung xpress m2026 printer, it stops at some point and doesn't enter any further, therefore the top of the printer doesn't close. I don't understand what the problem is, because I have already changed the toner a couple of times before, but this time it won't fully enter (and I checked it was the right toner). What can I do?
