HP Recommended
Product: HP DESKJET 1010
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I had received a message on how I had to download a software to use this printer. After downloading the software "HP Easy Start" it directly ent me to download HP Smart on the apple store. I downloaded the app and the last step was to connect the printer to the app. I have tried all of the methods but it yet doesn't work. I tried using usb but it still says that it doesn't identify a printer. What can I do?
