HP Recommended
Product: HP Scanjet Pro 3500 f1
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

When I scan, there's a black bar running vertically down the page on the left margin. When scanning duplex it is only on the upper side of the page. The lower side of the page is OK. I've tried re-booting, cleaning, etc. No improvement.
