Product: t520
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

designjet t520 after clearing roll paper jam, printer will not reload roll. have removed and reinstalled paper detector per manual instructions. still will not reload roll. error message says it can't detect paper. same with sheet feeder.
