HP Recommended
Product: Officejet Pro 8600 plus
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I tried an off brand cartridges and they worked fine. After using awhile the black started leaking. I did some cleaning then installed HP cartridges. The "printer failure " message appeared and I haven't been able to get it off. I have done reinstalls and reboots. The machine won't let me scan, copy or print
