Product: hp pavilion desktop 510-a010
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

printer is on wireless.  my husband's is too and his works fine.  when i ask it to print a word doc, it looks like it's going to, and then the paper comes through blank. for a while it was telling me paper jam, even though there clearly wasn't a jam, since internal test papers printed fine and my husband prints fine.  i reinstalled the program, but it kept asking me fax questions and we don't have a phone connected to fax and don't need it, so i don't know if that messed it up.  thank you for helping!!
