HP Recommended
Product: HP Officejet 7610
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Started printing; then stops and get an error that reads: "the printhead appears to be missing, not detected, or incorrectly installed. I've been printing pretty consistently and all of a sudden get this problem. I never installed it and it can't be missing because I've been printing without a hitch. So the problem is that it is not being detected. I took out the color cartridges and replaced them with new ones, to no avail. Please Help! Thanks
