Our plotter got jarred pretty hard while being moved. Now it won't load paper - gives an error, 'Paper not found'.

I replaced the rear door with one off another machine, and that solved the problem.

I am troubleshooting the rear door that was on the dropped machine, and can't see anything visibly wrong with it.

The problem seems to be when loading paper, after adding the roll and feeding the paper into the brake, when the revolver rotates the paper edge and brake into position to feed up the back of the rear door, the rear door rollers swing into place, but then before they can come on to feed the paper up the back of the machine, the roll rewind kicks on and pulls the paper out of the brake, and it falls back down around the roll.

Any hints on how to troubleshoot why the rear door rollers aren't holding onto the paper?
