macOS 12.0 Monterey

I've had my Polycom Studio for years.  This is the first of the series directly from Polycom, before Plantroncis purchased the company and well before HP finally acquired POLY. 

I have the Studio connected to my Mac and have been using for years.  I downloaded the "Poly Lens" and want to update the software as the app is stating I need to. 

My PW, which has always worked, is no longer working.  I've reset the unit (Pin Hole), but still no success.  Help please.

welcome to the HP Poly community.

 

Please clarify the exact product as there is no Polycom Studio 700, there was only a Poly GroupSeries 700 which is end of sale and end of life.

 

Poly Lens Desktop is not a product to be used with this older hardware.

    A list of older Audio, Video, and Voice archived software and Release Notes articles are published on Official HP® Support knowledgebase. These articles are snapshots of Poly support portal before its sunset in Dec 2023. For any new software release after, please follow the new software distribution path.

    To search for archived software and Release Notes, please follow the instructions:
  1. Open the Official HP® Support site.

In the search bar, type in “Archived' after the name of the product you are looking for, in this example we searched for the RMX Software and Archived Release Notes

The Terms "group series archived" should show you available results.

 

The FAQ also contains details about the factory reset etc.
