As of today my P15 does not show and transfer video. Sound etc works fine.
The system tells it needs permissions.
However all permissions are granted on a system level.
Drivers have been updated etc.
Issue occurs on two different laptops, Windows 11 and 10-64 respectively.
Where to look for a solution. Can it be a hardware issue?

Hi, @DeepnGroond , Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.
Please confirm and update the firmware of the P15 via Poly Lens.
Additionally, reset the P15 using the Poly Lens application.
Ensure that the P15 is established as the default device on the PC.
If the issue still persists, I would request that you contact HP Support, and our support engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:.

I already contacted HP support.
Software, drivers etc are up to date.
All soft and hard resets on the P15 have been tried, no success.
It is very likely it is a camera hardware failure. But HP are still looking into the issue.
Do not yet know if repair is possible.
Hardware failure within 2.5 years is a pity. Had really hoped the quality of the device was better than this.
