Product: Studio USB

Our customer wants to know why their Studio USB remote control disconnected from the video bar. It was connected during the last meeting, but after a week, it became unusable and needed to be re-paired with the video bar. May I know the root cause of this disconnection?

Without the logs, which we cannot look at this peer-2-peer forum here we cannot tell. Most likely someone probably pressed the Muto button for a long duration.
