Trying to use the poly lens app but it wont reconize my poly R30

Hello @elehman03 ,

 

Welcome to the HP Poly community.

 

We would need some more details:

 

  • Did this ever work or does the camera work but Lens is not detecting it?
  • Mac or PC?
  • What Lens Version
  • How long is the cable? Power plugged into the camera?

 

I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region if no other volunteers reply. Details are in my Signature.
