Hi, 

 

My webcam is extremely dark no matter the lighting or wifi which is a problem for me as someone who spends so much time on zoom. Can you help me fix this ASAP for work? Thanks!

Is this a built-in Web Cam or an external webcam? Please provide some details so the volunteers here can try to help you.

 

If this is urgent I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region.
