HP TouchSmart IQ524

HP Recommended

HP TouchSmart IQ524 Intel Core2Duo 2.0GHz, 4GB DDR2, 500gb HD, SuperMulti DVD, Vista Home Prem 64bit.
It has a insert that i qualify for windows 7 upgrade program

System recognised that i qualify.

I ordered a upgrade kit and uploaded a screen print of invoice from Woot.com from where i got computer (HP factory sealed).
i received email saying 'Windows 7 POP Denial With Option to Resubmit'

We were not able to validate the proof of purchase for your Windows® 7 upgrade.

Please resubmit a valid and legible proof of purchase so that we can process your request

I didnot receive any other receipt.
Please advice.
