I ordered a upgrade kit and uploaded a screen print of invoice from Woot.com from where i got computer (HP factory sealed).i received email saying 'Windows 7 POP Denial With Option to Resubmit'

Please resubmit a valid and legible proof of purchase so that we can process your request
I didnot receive any other receipt.Please advice.Thanks
