Hi - Quick update. As some folks have experienced, there are a few product #'s not being recognized when ordering.
Confirming that the ordering system is hiccupping on a few product #'s and that this is being addressed (it feels more like a belch if it happens to you. Understood.)
My advice is to give it a couple weeks, to let the kinks be worked out and try again OR contact Arvato** Arvato has been taking all information and will follow-up when your product # is functioning. The upgrade kits won't be shipped before October 22nd no matter when you order is submitted, if that helps take the pressure off for getting an order placed.
NOTE: Be sure your PC meets the other requirements: 1) purchased on or after June 26th and 2) doesn't have Windows XP or Vista Home Basic (these do not qualify for upgrade as per Microsoft criteria for the Windows 7 Upgrade Option Program.
