Regarding my Pavilion's Recovery Partition and Windows 7.

I bought my HP Pavilion m9340f last year with Vista.  So now I'm highly considering upgrading to Windows 7 when the time comes.  Once I upgrade my Vista to W7 or dual boot it and I decide to use the Recovery Partition because some virus completely messes up my computer, will the partition remove W7 as well?  This could be one of the major factors (I think) for me in getting W7.

I installed Windows 7 RC on my HP, and it had the recovery partition.

I was not able to access the recovery partition the normal way, but was able

to use it to re-install Vista by setting the partition as active.
