Hi, since a lo while im having this problem. I was searching in the browser similar issue like this one. I tried everything but my touchscreen isnt working since I update from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 Pro Insider Preview. Please I need help.
I understand that you are having trouble with the Touchscreen after installing the Windows 10 Technical preview.
The Tech Preview is a Beta release and is still evolving with each new build. Until it is in its final form there are not going to be specific drivers for the system made available. HP can only test based on what it currently has, and that is changing. As we get closer to the official release date, information should become clearer. Please visit www.hp.com/go/windows10upgrade for more details. HP will provide information on which units have been tested and qualified with Windows 10 as it becomes available.
HP does not support Windows® 10 Technical Preview. Please visit www.microsoft.com regarding support for these versions.
