Windows 7 PC and Photosmart 8250 need to connect to my XP laptop for Printer Sharing...

HP Recommended

I have my printer connected to my Win 7 PC (64 bit) and I have a network created with my XP (32 bit) laptop. Basically Win 7 64 and Vista 64 are the same, so does anyone have Printer sharing in Vista or Win 7 connected to an XP computer? does anyone know how I can fix this?

My Win7 pc does ask if I want to install the XP drivers, but I can't find the Photosmart drivers alone without all the software, does anyone know where I could find the "bare" drivers?

Thanks all!

Setup your Printer sharing in Windows 7, and install the XP driver on the XP laptop rather than trying to do it in Win 7.You may not even need the driver, I would try without it first.
