HP 15-bs095nia
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Notebook, HP 15-bs095nia  powers off immediately my battery comes down to the range of 50% - 30%. I tried to reinstall the AC Adapter and Microsoft Battery Controller, I still face the challenge of Battery Charging, not Charging. Need possible solutions please. 🙏🙏

@Denster

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Let's carry out a Battery Test:

Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.

Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. When the menu appears, press the F2 key.

On the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI) main menu, click Battery Test.

Let us know the results.

Let's run a calibration as well: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04700771

Try updating the BIOS too: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c00042629

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Thanks!
