 Product name 1KU19UAR#ABA , Failed ID;9G92KS-8L89PC-MFPURG-C0CQ03. Battery not charging to 100% and is discharging very fast.

Hi! @Kabanda,

 

Thanks for sharing the failure ID. I have decoded the failure ID and the battery on the laptop has gone faulty with error 601. Please replace the faulty battery.
