How laptop model17-by0089cl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just updated my bios and the screen has been black for about an hour now. The computer keeps making a beep noise every so many seconds but doesn't do anything else. It is like it's in a loop and can't get out of it. What do I do? It's plugged in and I've always heard that you should leave it plugged in while you have updates going in. Please help☹️ my computer isn't a year old yet and it was just fine before this update. Thank you for any help you can give!

@TamTamIam,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Did you try restarting the computer?

I recommend you perform a BIOS rollback following the steps in the below article and check if it helps.
