HP Recommended
Product: Hp stream 7 5709
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My tablet, hp stream 7  5709 has a black screen.  Says to enter administrator or login password which i do not have either. Tried logging off and pressing the volume and power keys but the same message comes up. Help me unlock this. Thank you
