Product: Example: PHP Spectre Folio Convertible 13-ak0xxx avilion 65XX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Bluetooth was working, then showed video to someone.  Bluetooth mouse quit working.  Went in to turn bluetooth back on, and there was no on/off button.  Search the internet, found was suggested to use hp restore, could not find.  Used system restore, and still have problem.  Downloaded driver from HP website, and still can not connect to device.
