I was working in the morning.Suddenly the display went off. Now laptop is not getting started. The charging jack is also not working. Please help me to get contacted to Hp customer care

@Shishank, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Have you tried using an alternate AC adapter and check?
Also, try connecting to a different good known wall outlet.
Do you see any light on the Notebook or the power button or on the Power adapter?
Note: Check if your Notebook/battery is listed in this Battery recall list.
Perform a Hard reset
1) Remove the battery and unplug the DC power adapter.
2) Press and hold the power button for more than fifteen seconds.
3) Plug in the DC power adapter (leave the battery out for now)
4) Press the power button and check if it powers ON
Also, Perform the troubleshooting steps mentioned in this document.
