Dell E2213

I was using my computer on Saturday. I woke up Monday and the computer didn't show its usual screen. It asked me to choose my country for the keyboard and then went to a restore page. It said that I had nothing on the computer, no memory or anything and needed to download something onto a disk- which I've never had a disk for. What? I really need help on if there is any way to save it.

Hi:

The model you posted is for a Dell E2213 monitor, not a PC.

If you own a Dell PC, I suggest you post your question in the applicable section of the Dell community support forum.
