Hello Germanas

Usually the operating system boot modechange 021 message shows when you are trying to change Secure Boot mode. Its followed by you having to enter 4 numbers to allow the change.

I don't know what Dont run bios means unless that's your own words.

Can you reboot and it will restart as normal or does it continue this message?

If it continues, can you enter the bios on a restart and change the settings to Default, then save and restart?

Turn off the tablet. If necessary, hold down the power button for several seconds.

To enter the bios, press the Volume Down (-) button and also the Power Button together for several seconds until the options menu opens.

Tap F10 for bios on the screen.

Tap F9 on the screen for Setup Defaults.

F10 to Save and Exit.
