Just downloaded adobe photoshop elements 15 to my new Hp Pavillion on windows OS. Received the error

MCSPV200.dll is missing. Where can I download this so I can access my program?

It helps to post the full model number and operating system of your PC

I have no idea what MCSPV200.dll is. Did you spell this correctly?

 

You would do best to ask Adobe what is wrong since they would know their products better than HP would.
