HI, I can't acces my hp flash drive. when I try to open it it says I don t have sufficient permission to do so, how can I do?

Hello,

 

Please try different flash drive if the issue still persists.

 

If the unit has HP client security installed,

 

Go to device permission and disable security.

 

Please reply back with the result.

Yes it was my own laptop hp client security that wasn't allowing me to enter the flashdrive, I don't understand why but it didn't even try to identificate me first, thank you anyway
