HP Pen - nib issue

HP Recommended
HP Pen 1MR94AA
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I bought a Pavilion x360 convertible laptop/tablet and HP drawing pen (1MR94AA) late last year.  Recently the nib of the pen has been getting loose and falling out and at the weekend it has fallen out and disappeared.  Does anyone know if I am able to get a replacement nib from anywhere?

Thanks.

PS I'm in the UK and couldn't find a UK forum, but presumably this forum isn't restricted to just US HP customers?

Hi @Steve365

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

This is a hardware issue and the tip cannot be replaced. If your pen is still under the warranty please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the pen replacement.

Hope this helps!
