Product: Pro 608 G1

The operating system (Windows 10) is no longer on my tablet.  I cannot tether the tablet to this laptop because of the connection to the tablet.  When I turn on the tablet holding down the vol down key, I cannot do any of thesuggestions.  I can go to the diagnostics et al screen, but when I try to restore, I end up back at the black screen that shows

I've had the tablet for just over a year and cannot use it.
