I have formatted my recovery drive D accidentally.now when I am not able to reset my PC.I bought my laptop in Australia but I am now using in india.what can I do.

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post. 

 

I understand that you are looking to reset your computer after formatting the D drive which holds the recovery information, is that right?

I will be glad to assist you. 

Have you created a recovery kit on the computer before formatting the D drive?

 

HP provides an option for creating the recovery kit on your computer when the D drive is intact. 

If you have deleted the partition and not created a recovery kit, request you contact our phone support to order a copy of the recovery kit.
