Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to know how does the HP student discount work because whenever I have applied the HP student discount it comes up with the short price and it doesn't give the full discount of the 35%. How can we take full advantage of the 35% discount and make sure that it is applied to the item that I have selected I have posted here because I couldn't find anywhere to get information related to the Student discount offered by the HP.
